On 21 August 2015, the National Energy Board (Board) announced that it was striking Trans
Mountain’s filed evidence that was prepared by or under the direction of Mr. Steven J. Kelly
(Stricken Evidence). This evidence addressed, among other things, the issue of oil market supply
and demand.
