Uber Drivers Now Allowed to Pick up Passengers at Trudeau Airport

Uber drivers are now allowed to pick up passengers at Trudeau Airport — but there are a few catches. Aeroports de Montreal and Uber have worked out a deal that will last until October 2017. As a result Uber drivers will have to wait somewhere away from the airport itself until passengers are ready, at which point they can be picked up at the Departure gate.

Picking up passengers at the arrival gate remains the exclusive privilege of 310 taxi drivers, who have to take part in a lottery each year and pay Aeroports de Montreal for access.
