BC Casinos suing the BCLC over Trust Money Collections

Great Canadian Gaming, one of British Columbia’s largest casino companies is suing the B.C. Lottery Corporation for more than $18 million dollars. The Great Canadian Casinos Inc. filed suit in the B.C. Supreme Court, stating that, after agreeing to stop collecting money from BC casinos over which they have no claim, the BCLC has, in fact, continued to collect the money.
