‘It’s the equivalent of allowing a neighbour to have a 40-plus person party on their deck every day’ – Letting visitors sip a little Syrah in an outdoor space at a winery with views to Okanagan Lake in Pencticton, B.C. might seem like a good idea, but neighbours fear the new “lounge” will change the neighbourhood for the worse.
