The BC Liberal MLA for Kamloops-South Thompson delivered a deathblow to vaping in the province with the tabling of Bill M 210, the Tobacco And Vapour Products Control (Vulnerable Adolescents Protection From E-Cigarettes (Vape)) Amendment Act, 2019.
The bill eviscerates vaping with a single amendment:
(5) A person must not sell or offer to sell flavoured vapour products.
