  1. It was a pleasure to watch more uncommon sense from Dr Niaura and Regwatch.
Think of the children. I’ve wasted 8 hours a day for 4 years now learning about vape and trying to help advocate for acceptance of this most important life extending substitute product. I say waste only due to the fact the science is pretty clear after 18 years there is a massive harm reduction potential, far outweighing the status quo and precautionary principles.
The youth issues can effectively be controlled with regulated sales as imposed on all adult products, and parental guidance. No need to ban flavors or impose device restrictions or unrealistically low nicotine caps and container sizes, mail bans unnecessary too as identification on delivery is perfectly effective. Unless the ulterior motive is to make cigarettes more attractive.
So think of the children, and stop this fear mongering, so we can spend all this wasted time parenting our children, which is a whole heap more fun and rewarding. We switched from being outdoor outcasts, isolated from our children due to smoking, and yet now all that extra inclusive time we have gained is being squandered repelling ideological political bureaucracy.
