Alberta boosts carbon tax to $20 a tonne starting in 2016 as part of climate change plan

Date:

Under the NDP’s plan, that target will stay the same this year, but increase to 15 per cent in 2016 and 20 per cent in 2017.

Phillips said these are meaningful steps toward a better climate change strategy for Alberta.
